Melbourne, FL’s Professional Auto Paint Polishing & Correction Services
Auto Paint Correction Benefits and Vehicle Value Improvements
Heighten The Value Of New Vehicles - Paint correction is not in any way reserved to old, dingy, and completely damaged vehicles - New automobiles benefit from vehicle paint correction packages equally if not more. Not only do new vehicles have swirls and scratches inflicted by the dealership, their paintwork is generally lackluster and can be polished to a new, more noticeable depth.
Provide Deeper Paint Appearance - By both removing minor defects collected in a vehicle’s clear coat and the buffing, polishing, and jeweling stages that follow, vehicle paint depth is enhanced. After your vehicle’s paint is corrected by our detailing crew here in Melbourne, Florida, you will instantly notice unique characteristics in your finish that were not as pronounced prior.
Preserve Exterior Auto Integrity - Defects and discrepancies may be an unpleasant aesthetic issue with most automobiles; however, some can actually get worse and cause a problem with your ride that goes deeper than appearances, such as oxidation and paint stains. Paint correction will help prevent having to do any type of more costly paint repair beyond what simple paint correction does.
Improve Your Outlook - For many of our customers here in Melbourne, Florida, their overall outlook on what they drive and the increase in pride they feel when hopping behind the wheel is worth its weight in gold. Our vehicle paint correction packages here at Stick to the Details certainly delivers this and more, abrading away defects and the dark cloud hanging over your vehicle
Stick to the Details - Paint Correction Packages
Revert Your Ride Back To Its Original State
Stage 1
One-Step Correction
STARTING AT $549
Single-stage machine polish with a cutting compound and finishing pad. Re-moves light swirling, wash marring, and oxidation — typically 60 to 80 percent of surface defects.
This won’t chase deep scratches or sanding marks. What it does is restore depth and clarity to paint that’s dulled rather than damaged.
Best for newer vehicles, light wear, or anyone wanting real gloss improvement without full correction.
Stage 2
Two-Step Correction
STARTING AT $1,099
Heavy compounding to level the clear coat and remove deeper defects — random isolated scratches, bird drop etching, heavy oxidation. Followed by a refining polish to bring the finish back to full clarity.
Targets 90 percent or more defect removal.
Best for neglected paint, dark colors that show everything, and anyone who wants it right before a coating goes on.
Stage 3
Wet Sanding & Multi-Stage Correction
STARTING AT $2,195
The highest level of paint work we perform. Wet and dry sanding to level defects that compounding can’t reach — orange peel, deep scratches, texture from a repaint — followed by multi-stage compounding and refinement to a mirror finish.
Sanding removes clear coat permanently. It’s not a service we recommend lightly, and it’s not something we’ll do on paint that can’t support it. Every panel gets measured before a sanding disc touches it.
Best for show vehicles, fresh repaints, and paint where the defect is deeper than the polish can reach.
Final quote set at evaluation based on measured paint depth, panel count, and defect severity.
We Measure Before We Polish
Your clear coat is finite. Every correction removes a small amount of it, and once it’s gone it does not come back.
That’s why every vehicle gets a paint thickness gauge reading before work begins — panel by panel, documented. Those numbers tell us how much correction the paint can safely support, and they’re the difference between a finish that lasts and a panel that needs repainting.
You get a copy of the report. So does the next owner, if you ever sell.
Anyone who quotes correction without measuring your paint is guessing with something you can’t replace.
Enhance and Restore The Look Of Your Finish With Paint Correction
Paint defects detract from the quality of your finish; it is plain and simple. No vehicle owner strives to have a swirled, scratched, and stained clunker when directly beneath that is a pristine, sports car quality paint job that was engineered to impress! Don’t waste your time stressing over the lackluster look of your car, truck, SUV, or other vehicle - Get it corrected by professionals at Stick to the Details.
Our paint correction and restoration team here at Stick to the Details of Melbourne, Florida have experience with new and used vehicles, polishing all paintwork and removing minor surface defects from a clear coat. After defect removal, the buffing and polishing efforts we put forth will demonstrate to you the highest quality gloss worthy of protection from one of our ceramic coating packages.
Correction is performed exclusively in our climate-controlled studio. Consistent lighting is not a luxury on this kind of work — it is the only way to see what you are actually removing. Every vehicle is measured before a pad touches the paint.
